Commit e4e1b8ed86e5dfe7193de2809973fe216432750a "Upgrade to cmake 3.9.0" breaks
building on sles12sp0 which patches cmake to work around a known cmake build
issue [1]. The cmake patch was introduced to the Kudu build in
f3ec97bd16d99052420bd3b92ce7cdf92aa7fbe7
It looks like the patch doesn't apply to cmake 3.9.0 and needs to be updated.
