os : centos-6.5 * 3
memory: 8G * 3
core: 4 * 3
kudu: --block_cache_capacity_mb=4096
Flink on yarn : -p 4
result:
sink to kudu only 4000~5000 record/s , but flink sink to hdfs 300000+ record/s 
,please help me.
