Typically yes, but because of the need to use the MiniKuduCluster to
instantiate a local cluster for testing this could be a better place.
The Flink or Bahir projects would be an option if there were any java-base
embedded drivers to perform the tests without the need to install a Kudu server.
Is not the same as rubencasado, that seems abandoned. There was an attempt to
merge in Bahir
