The cloudera/kudu-examples repo, containing Java and Python examples, was
merged into the main src tree in c83f6eb35da5708e893ed4dc1540c01da074ea08.
I also improved the C++ example and moved it into the new examples directory in
9bf32a42486bdb4f97834737283c30129ffe71a6 and
32d276e08fe7bf7a0e68236e01312813b68d0eee.
