There are few discrepancies in the document for Kudu limitations based on
information understood from the development team.

1. It is possible to add data directories to tablet servers. Doc says otherwise.
2. Disk failure tolerance has been added in Kudu but limitation doc says "Disk
Failures are not tolerated."
