Fix Version/s: n/a
Given we still may backport fixes to more recent branches, I've culled the
minor branches 1.6.0 and below, keeping 1.7.1, 1.8.0, and 1.9.0.
I've also made sure that our downloads pages point to the archives as
appropriate.
