It would be nice to have a CLI tool that would indicate all of the tracked
memory on a Kudu tablet server. Converting the information on the /mem-trackers
web UI page might be a good start, especially since it can be somewhat unwieldy
on larger servers.
The /memz page might also be useful to encapsulate in a tool, but I haven't
myself found that page particularly useful.
