Summary: Document recommendations on Antivirus

In multiple we have encountered Antivirus, especially trend micro antivirus
when running causes Kudu to either have high CPU usage or crash altogether.
Might be a good idea to document this in the known issues section and
* Ensure there is no antivirus if possible or
* Kudu related directories are omitted from the scan and Kudu process is
omitted from network level monitoring as well.
