Description:
we cannot only using "State" which is in the "remote_replica list" to judge the
tablet is normal，although we can judge whether the data exists through data
dirs, this is not obvious, so I think we should to show the “data state" and
the "last status" to help our to judge the tablet real state
only use "State" and "Data dirs"
