Summary: Expose tablet on disk size through kudu table statistics

In order to get the size of each tablet of a table, currently there is no way
of getting this information through a CLI tool. The WebUI of each table has
this information. It would be good to have this information exposed through a
CLI tool too.
We can probably add a flag to the existing tool, "kudu table statistics" to get
this information.
