Description: The kudu arm ci was integrated with our OpenLab by cron
job(https://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/), now the OpenLab
system will go offline, so is it ok to stop the arm test cron job? If kudu
community wants to keep the arm test we can offer the vm on huaweicloud, and
please attach me soon to talk about how to integrate this job? If there is no
feedback we will go offline the arm test cron job latter, thanks. (was: The
