The mirror script which choses the local mirror can also be used to provide a
direct download URL.
For example, instead of
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/incubator/kudu/0.7.1
try using the following:
http://www.apache.org/closer.cgi?filename=incubator/kudu/0.7.1/apache-kudu-incubating-0.7.1.tar.gz&action=download
