Sure, feel free to assign something to yourself if you're working on it.
Adding a way to pretty-print a PartitionSchema to the public API seems
reasonable to me, though we should be clear to document whether the
stringification format is guaranteed to be maintained or not (would prefer to
document that it's _not_ guaranteed to be identical cross version).
