[PR] Add Prettier and format all files [kvrocks-controller]

SharonIV0x86 opened a new pull request, #288:

   Added prettier as a dev dependency for better linting of files. 
   
   Prettier ensures a consistent code style by automatically formatting code, 
reducing manual effort and debates over style. 
   
   A bit more nesting in jsx and we'll be using horizontal scroll.
