It has been about 3 months since the last release [v2.13.0](https://github.com/apache/kvrocks/releases/tag/v2.13.0), with numerous new features and fixes merged into the unstable branch. I am now proposing the next release, version 2.14.0. All commits on the unstable branch until 54929cd01603f9a19cd3b700b8b4da1683e4eda9 will be included in this release, excluding all timeseries commands (i.e. `TS.*`) which are experimental and under development. Note that TDIGEST commands will be included. The deadline for the cherry-picking period has been set as Nov 8, 2025, at 15:00 UTC+0. No new commits will be accepted after this time.
