### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/kvrocks/issues) and found no similar issues. ### Motivation Hi folks - as Kvrocks is now a top-level project, I suspect that "uptake" would significantly be improved by adding a User Manual. What's the difference between a User Manual and your existing docs? Well, the #1 issue with allowing developers to write documentation is they describe the things *they* have done. They cannot describe the world from a User' perspective...That's the nature of devs :-) Users really don't care what your devs did - they just need a set of steps to get things done. 1, 2,, 3...great it works, nice job!!! Case in point - Sentinel, Replication, Cluster.... you describe your "philosophy" and you describe what *you* have been busy with...but you forgot that a User just wants to know the right steps in the right order that s/he must follow to get this stuff working. I managed to get it working...but only after spending an hour on the Valkey website!!!
