   ### Motivation

Hi folks - as Kvrocks is now a top-level project, I suspect that "uptake"
would significantly be improved by adding a User Manual.

What's the difference between a User Manual and your existing docs? Well,
the #1 issue with allowing developers to write documentation is they describe
the things *they* have done. They cannot describe the world from a User'
perspective...That's the nature of devs :-)

Users really don't care what your devs did - they just need a set of steps
to get things done. 1, 2,, 3...great it works, nice job!!!

Case in point - Sentinel, Replication, Cluster.... you describe your
"philosophy" and you describe what *you* have been busy with...but you forgot
that a User just wants to know the right steps in the right order that s/he
must follow to get this stuff working. I managed to get it working...but only
after spending an hour on the Valkey website!!!

The 'Supported Commands' section of your docs site is excellent by the
way...it's only the "procedural" setup / config material that would benefit
from attention...
