this new patch include timestamp filter for job history metastore and clean
code advice from hongbin, by the way, I didn't get the advice id 3, however, I
find that there is a very small Improvement we can do for
updateAllRunningJobsToError in ExecutableManager which run when kylin do
initialization, It will scan all JobOutputs back from hbase.
