Merged in 1.x-staging branch:

And I changed the 'kylin.hbase.hfile.size.gb' default value to 5, so that by 
default user will benefit from this enhancement.

Please make the same change on 2.x-staging branch when you have time. Thanks 
again for Yerui's contribution!
