Terribly sorry I was too busy last month to work on this patch. I took a look
at the patch, seems very nice implemented and documented.
I have merged your patch to 1.3.x branch.
I have one concern, is your tool packaged in the kylin binary package? end user
will typically only have binary package at hand (compiled by script/package.sh),
