We added a new attribute in RowKeyColDesc called "isShardBy" and need GUI for
it.
It is a true/false check on one of the rowkey columns (usually an ultra high
cardinality column). Only two kind of inputs are valid.
1) No column on rowkey is flagged.
2) One and only one column on rowkey is flagged.
The display name can be "Shard By"
