In this patch, (1) has moved all version definition to root pom, (2) has
upgraded the non-core dependency libraries.
The followings are not upgrade this time, but I propose to do it in the future.
1. Upgrade tomcat to latest 8.x
2. Upgrade Spring to latest 4.x
3. Upgrade Ehcache to latest 3.x
4. Upgrade Calcite to latest 1.8+
5. Upgrade Hadoop ecosystem(Hive/Hbase/Kafka)
