Kaisen is working on KYLIN-2180, after it be implemented, we will be able to
set different config values at each project level; then it will be easier for
this change. You can wait it be done and then resume from the branch
KYLIN-1826-2.
Yes, we want to keep this change in hive source, because logically it is the
same type;
