As we know, Kafka has dozens of configuration items. Most of them are not
forced hard code in Kylin Kafka Source component. In this update, it provides
the standard properties file 'kylin-kafka.properties' to load the default Kafka
properties. The properties could be overwrite in GUI model design phase.
