Description: In some cases user may expect to use another HDFS (not
default) as the working hdfs for Kylin; This is very common in a cloud-based
deployment. He can specify a full qualified path name (with NN). But will get
error "cuboid_statistics.seq does not exists" in some steps like "Save cube
