HI, Billy. After refactor, we only remain one kind of number dictionary. And I
also refactor the Number2BytesConverter and NumberCodec and remove many
redunant code of them. This is a compatible feature. Old NumberDitionaries will
be kept for compatibility but we also set them @Deprecated to avoid developers
using it.
