Shaofeng SHI commented on KYLIN-2739:
-------------------------------------

The date/time in Cube has no timezone information. If user need to show the
date/time for a specific timezone, it should be done at the client/app side. I
think this is a common rule in many databases.

In Calcite's online document (https://calcite.apache.org/docs/reference.html),
there is this statement:
*DATE, TIME and TIMESTAMP have no time zone. There is not even an implicit time
zone, such as UTC (as in Java) or the local time zone. It is left to the user
or application to supply a time zone*

So I don't agree to add timezone info to model or cube. That would make things
wrong.

> Add a property, time zone, for the partition column of model
