Spark 2.1.2 is released in last month, strongly recommend all 2.1.x users to
upgrade to this stable release.
Besides, Kylin should use Spark for Hadoop 2.7, instead of Hadoop 2.6, be
consistent with the version in Kylin's pom.xml
