Since we have another log, localhost_access_log in tomcat/logs, I don't think
the first point is a concerned issue.
For the second one, before 2.0, the catalina.log is under tomcat/logs and each
day there's a related log, which is easy for management. However, for
kylin.out, there's no such kind of strategy and it will become larger and
larger.
I think tomcat related logs should be different from normal kylin logs.
