When download commons-configuration-1.6.jar from the internet and put it into
$KYLIN_HOME/lib，kylin finally starts successfully, so it is to say that
apache-kylin-2.6.3-bin-cdh60.tar.gz and cdh6.2 both don't contain the jar file.
