Description:
The "SegmentPruner" can check whether a segment can be skipped or not by
checking the min/max dimension value with the "where " conditions.
While, the current "SegmentPruner" only checks the simple logic condition
("COL=X") or "AND" conditions. This means, if there is a "OR" condition, Kylin
will not check the sub-conditions.
This change is to add the support for checking sub-conditions under "OR".
