Description: In *TableSchemaUpdateChecker*, if a model is not used by cubes
or related cubes is allowed to be broken, it's not necessary to check data type
compatibility & column orders. When checking validation in model, to satisfy
columns used in model are not deleted is enough. (was: In
*TableSchemaUpdateChecker*, if a model is not used by cubes or related cubes is
allowed to be broken, it should not attend the TableSchemaUpdateChecker)
