Description:
When creating or changing user password, it's quite confusing if you follow the
placeholder's instruct and get an invalid return. For example,
!image-2020-06-16-17-58-24-428.png!
if you input "*abc123", you won't be able to submit.

To solve this problem, there should be some hint in frontend password
placeholder about password length constraint
