Hi, [~star_dev].
It seems the environment of your Kylin instance may not be properly set. Try to
check the following:
# take a look at the "Server Environment" under "System" tab of Kylin UI. Is
KYLIN_HOME/conf in your classpath and log4j.configuration is properly set?
# Is there any error message in Kylin startup script output or kylin.out.
If you are not sure what's going wrong you can post them here. That will help
us find out the problem. Thanks!
