h2. Dev Design
Add tag (constants="true/false") to the query metric ke_queries_seconds in the
/kylin/api/prometheus interface of Kylin to identify whether it is a constant
query.
Also, add the ability to filter out constant queries in the query chart screen
in the Kylin display dashboard.
