h3. Root Cause
- The V4 interface added filtering for `jobNames`, excluding the Scheduler
lists for statistics hit counts, scheduled backups, and garbage cleanup.
- The V2 interface does not have this filtering.
h3. Dev Design
Add the same filtering conditions as in the V4 interface.
