Actually, it just tends to make me lose respect. I helped out a local
developer with his computer network as a favor to my boss. I walked into
his otherwise very nice office and saw framed pics of swimsuit models on the
walls. My first reaction was amusement and the first thing out of my mouth
- along with a sarcastic smile - was "Classy decor."
It made me think that this grown up, successful guy - who really has nothing
to prove - was still taking pleasure in being a "bad boy" and displaying
pictures that he knew would make some people uncomfortable. I thought it
was kind of lame.
