This is not just a sexist thing...I have, several times, made a suggestion 
that was shot down or denegrated, then a few weeks later, the exact same 
thing is suggested by Mr. Rhinorectum (tm) and it was adopted quickly...with 
me being forced to do all of the work, while he gets credit for the 
"wonderful" idea....once he even used the proposition that I had written 
up.....(oh, and I am a male...)
