Description:
When the application FINISHED ,and Maximum number of completed applications to
be retained in the ResourceManager , application has been cleared.
Error whiling refreshing YARN state:
org.apache.hadoop.yarn.exceptions.ApplicationNotFoundException: Application
with id 'application_XXXX_XXXX' doesn't exist in RM. Please check that the job
submission was successful.
