Summary: Livy status stuck in RUNNING , When application is
terminated abnormally

If the status of a YARN app state is {{RUNNING}} and the status is
{{UNDEFINED}} , then the final status is RUNNING, When the resource manager is
restarted the application running during that time is lost and status reported
from YARN remains the same as RUNNING
The case that app state is {{RUNNING}} and the final status is {{UNDEFINED}}
should check the application is in the YARN application list and if not mark it
as KILLED/LOST
