-- LICENSE and NOTICE are good (mentioning the MIT code from bootstrap, etc)

-- No binary/compiled file in the source distribution

*-- I'm confused about LICENSE and NOTICE. I see the THIRD-PARTY file
listing everything bundles in the binary distribution. But it's not
mentioned/documented in LICENSE. Also there are non ASF Apache licensed
dependencies, but their NOTICE is not part of Livy NOTICE. Also I don't see
MIT/BSD license content in LICENSE or THIRD-PARTY. Can you please clarify ?
