Also, let's remove the current cloud-dev scripts - they were meant to simulate
a real env as much as possible - otherwise it would likely make sense these
days to simple use MiniCloudCluster. The idea was having something closer to
what a user would setup though - so let's remove those dinosaurs and put this
in.
