Perhaps we can just force push your changes, rewrite history on master and then
tell the 3 people that have a local clone to clone again :)
I don't understand what we need the gh-pages branch for. I understand that it
will display as a site on GitHub but is it something you propose to build
regularly and keep up to date, if so why?
