Hi,
I've unpacked sol 8.3.1 under Windows 10. I can successfully start the server
with bin/solr start but trying to create a core via command line
solr create -c mycore
fails with
The system cannot find the batch label specified parse_create_args
This works in 7.7.2. I haven't testes the versions in between
