community. I think being able to fix this. What is not clear, is exactly what
to do. I think to double check the instanceDir is within SOLR_HOME when someone
calls the core admin API, in case is outside raise an informative error
message. On the other hand I didn't get what to do in the other case when a
child or ancestor of instanceDir contains core.properties.
