I'm no CSS expert so appreciate hints if I could have styled this differently,
but my goal was to achieve a more useful TLP frontpage which more clearly
highlights the sub projects. The existing TLP news are not removed in this
patch, the /news.html page still exists, so direct links to those would work.
After publishing this I'll also change the Release description to remove the
requirement of writing a new TLP news item for each release.
