Cassandra: We have several moving parts here:
* jQuery v3.4.1 (upgraded in 8.5 SOLR-14209)
* AngularJS v1.7.9 (upgraded in 8.5 SOLR-14132)
* Chosen v1.8.7 (upgraded in 8.5 from v1.3.0 to 1.8.7 SOLR-14132)
* angular-chosen v1.9.2 (Was still v1.3.0 in 8.5, despite commit msg saying it
was upgraded as part of SOLR-14132,

As I understand Chosen is a JQuery plugin, and to make it integrate with
Angular, we need angular-chosen. Last I checked, chosen.js latest version is
1.8.7. I'll try downgrading angular-chosen to 1.8.7 in an attempt to make it
work again...
