David Smiley commented on SOLR-14426: ------------------------------------- Since it's package private, this isn't a public API change so it's not about compatibility. It's about disturbing many references in many source files that now refer to {{FacetRequest.FacetContext}} instead of simply as it was – {{FacetContext}}. I think FC is fine as a top level (package private) class, as it was. It just needs to be declared in its own source file; that's all.
