[~dsmiley] SOLR-13942 might have been reverted since, I don't see ZkRead.java
on master.
Also, it did not provide the same service as /admin/zookeeper that's used by
the Admin UI.
It implemented a recursive dump of the ZK tree below a path. /admin/zookeeper
returns what's needed to display the collection list + config and supports
filtering and paging.
