Confirmed on 8.5.2. However, if you ask for a file below the folder, you'll get
it. So it is something with the folder view...
[http://localhost:8983/solr/#/gettingstarted/files?file=lang%2Fstopwords_en.txt]
It works in 8.4.1 but not from 8.5.0
