With the fixing of SOLR-12823 an older test {{TestZkChroot}} that was
supposedly testing how SolrCloud can be started with different chroot (in
Zookeeper) was removed.
A new test needs to be implemented, and it might require changing some test
framework classes (as setting a chroot in test is not easy, it is hard coded to
some extent).
This Jira is to not forget we're missing such a test and one should eventually
be added.
